Way better then I expected
Don't know if it was because my old steak knives were 20 plus years old or these are really that good but I'm very pleased with the way these cut/slice everything. Well worth the money.
Don't Cut Yourself
Absolutely pleased with this purchase! I didn't realize how bad my other steak knives were until I got these. They feel substantial, yet are lighweight and ergonomic. I could not believe how well they slice through my constantly overcooked meat! Now...if these knives could just cook for me.
I would not be scared of the price of this item. You will end up using them for years and get a great return on the investment!
